Seller reviewDanny kept informed me all the pertinent information. My last realtor had almost no communication. He will certainly get referrals from me in the future if anybody needs a local realtor. It was real pleasure to deal with Mr. Herndon. At the end of the day,he sold our property in reasonable time frame and got the job done!

Buyer reviewHe was extremely helpful and negotiated a great deal for me! He never gave up, even when I was discouraged and wanted to! It took several months to close on my new townhouse because of unforeseen circumstances. Danny managed to break down the barriers while also helping me maintain my sanity. Many realtors would have walked away without closing the deal. He even helped me find a handyman and cleaning crew to help get my old house ready to be put on the rental market. As a result, I gained a great new home and also managed to find a renter for my old home. I highly recommend Danny! He always kept my needs in mind and anticipated possible pitfalls. It was a great experience! I have already recommended Danny to several of my friends. They love him too!
