Buyer reviewDanny came out of the gate ready to help any way he could to solve my storage crisis. Moving from MN to AR posed a problem with where I would hangar my airplane, park cars & trucks, and put my toys. He arranged it with the seller to allow me to immediately have access to the property for this purpose far ahead of the closing date. I primarily bought the property to have access to the Valley Airpark and have a hangar which all came with the package but when my wife and I saw the advantages of the property, we decided we would split our time between the home on Norfork Lake and Cotter. We did no dickering on the price. I said "You know what they will take for it, write it up at that". I gained a new friend in the area with Danny. Turns out we're wired a lot alike.
