Personal Profile
After surviving a tornado in Oklahoma as a child, my career has been a whirlwind as well, after having worked in the customer service industry for many years before making my transition into real estate. With such a strong background in putting customers first, I also thrive in the fast-paced environment of real estate, with specific expertise in helping current and former military service members to find the housing solutions that best suit their needs and take full advantage of military benefits and support, as well as guiding homebuyers and sellers over the age of 50 through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
Loyalty, trust, and exceeding client expectations are my top priorities. I also believe deeply in being immersed in the community and giving back as part of my work, including coordinating the Selkirk Association of REALTORS® Annual Fall Food Drive since 2018, volunteering at Helping Hands of Naples, Penguin Plunge for Special Olympics, The Giving Tree, Care N Share, Bonners Ferry High School Trap Club, Boundary County Middle School Band and Boundary County school sports. Additionally, I am regularly involved in industry-related organizations including National Association of REALTORS, Idaho Association of REALTORS, Selkirk Association of REALTORS and multiple listing service, and CDA Association of REALTORS multiple listing service.
But what makes me really stand out with clients is my ability to solve client needs as a trusted "go-to" resource helping clients find what they need, from contractors, movers, lawyers, estate liens, deed problems, easement issues, utility availability, surveys, septic issues, sewer line issues, zoning, special permits, ITD access permits, animal boarding, estimates, lawn care, and snow removal, date of death valuations, Broker Price Opinions, relocation info, rentals, hotel accommodations, job resources, water rights, well and water info, and anything else.
With a belief that every client's relationship and purchasing experience counts, my commitment to helping connect perfect-fit homes and commercial real estate opportunities to customer interests / needs creates memorable and exceptional long-term client relationships.

Buyer reviewDarci kept working towards my buying property in boundary County even when I was willing to give up. Thank you Darci I appreciate everything you did.
-
Buyer reviewDarci is on top of her game. Could not have found a better agent. What mattered most and impressed me the most is her professionalism and kindness. For me that goes a long way and.,seals the deal...as it is not around too much these days. She was able to accomplish working with both me and the seller and get things done on a tight timeline..while taking both of our personal wants and needs into account. Lastly...her personal knowledge of the surrounding area and resources she provided me with greatly helped me prepare to move to my new environment. I wouldbt need to think twice if ever asked for a good agent recommendation.
