We chose to use Darci Watson based off of a friends recommendation. And we couldn't have been happier! Darci was quick to answer any questions, motivated to get our house on the market when WE were ready. She was very honest about the value of our home, as well as how others may view our home. Communication with Darci via text or call was very easy, and clear. For being a first time home seller Darci and her team with Placer Title answered all of my 'silly' questions with encouragement!
