We have had a very good experience with her and this office. The house was listed and under contract in 5 days at our asking price. Darla always responded ASAP.

Seller reviewDarla did a great job in spite of the many complications that arose through no fault of her own. Overall, I'm very pleased. Bought the home from C-21 Stevens & Assoc. in 2002 and the agent was great in all ways! I vowed I would use the agency again when I sold the property. This sale was challenging, to say the least, with a number of unforeseen problems that were not created by Broker Darla Stevens'. She handled them quickly and professionally and kept in touch with me all along the way. I would recommend Darla Stevens to anyone looking for property in the Fall River County/Hot Springs area.
