Seller reviewWe had our house listed with another realtor for a year and they did not show the house once, and never stayed in touch with us. After the contract was up I sought out Darla because she had sold my neighbors house very quickly that was on the market for plus years with other brokers, After contacting Darla she was very professional courteous, and personable. She knew our dream was to sell before the winter so we could move to Florida. She showed our house almost every day, and gave us feedback of what the people were saying. Within 2 weeks we had 2 offers on our house !!!!!!!!! She helped us through every process and stayed in touch with me daily. I have recommended her to every person I know. I feel that Darla is not only the best realtor, but she puts her heart into what she is doing. Thank you Darla !!!!!!!!!!!!

Buyer reviewI just liked the certain house in Sparta, NJ and the listing agent was Darla Quaranta. So, I gave her a call. I appreciated her prompt call back. After our communication I visited the area and began dealing only with her. I was very happy with Darla. She was always knowledgeable, resourceful and also patient during my search for a home to buy. When I did make my choice she was very helpful advising me in negotiation, and then in preparing the contract and leading me through all the other stages of the process. Darla Quaranta has a great personality and is very friendly with people. I would recommend Darla Quaranta to any other home buyers in that area of New Jersey.

We had a good repoire with Darla from the beginning and felt she understood our needs. After a few days of looking at homes with her, and with another broker, we decided to work with Darla exclusively. Working with Darla was a pleasure. She made the whole process easy. She was always very accessible and was easy to communicate with.
