Seller reviewDarlene impressed me with her knowledge of the market. She came prepared with comparable sales as well as comparable listings and we then discussed the listing price that would attract interests in the home. The first "verbal" offer came with a request to remove the house from the market until the interested party could sell their current home. Darlene's response to me was it is too early in the marketing campaign but the final answer was mine. I agreed 100% with her assessment. Darlene's appearance is very professional and she carries herself in a professional manner. She has a very positive attitude, which is contagious to anyone she meets. When we first met she said, and I paraphrase "I am not here to list your home, I am here to sell your home". And "sell" she did, in very short order.
