Darren continually made us feel heard and explained every step of the process to us along the way. He always kept timely communication with us and was available to discuss things even at late nights and on weekends. Even as issues and roadblocks arose through the process, Darren made them manageable and addressed them quickly and efficiently. I am very thankful for all the work Darren did for us to secure the purchase of our first home!
