Mr. Middleton is a gentleman that is polite, punctual, and was always readily available to answer any questions or address any concerns that I or my wife had. The resulting sale that Mr. Middleton organized for me was a success from start to finish with the outcome that I desired. Buyer reviewDarryl was an excellent choice. He was referred by a close friend and we couldn't have been happier. My wife found the house she wanted at midnight. We shot darryl a text and he answered right away. He and his wife are very personable and made our buying experience excellent. I will and would recommend darryl to all my friends and family.

Seller reviewDarryl was my sister's agent when she bought her house about a year ago. He was wonderful. So, when it came time to sell my townhouse, I called him up. He was WONDERFUL!! He went above and beyond helping me sell my house. I had a broken pipe under the slab a week before closing. He brought in contractors to help move things along. We ended up closing 3 weeks late, but with the original buyer. I think the fact that he kept her and her agent informed and involved helped.

It was important to us that the attention to detail and the constant communication was there, since this would be the very first home we have ever sold. Darryl has not only sold our home, but he helped us purchase this home in 2016 and then rent it out in 2020. After working with Darryl in the past, it was a no brainer that we would work with him again to sell our home. Throughout some unexpected hiccups (on the buyers end), a competitive market, and a pandemic, Darryl made us feel more comfortable or secure during this process. We truly cannot thank Darryl and Cindy Herzog (Bay County) enough for their professionalism, their patience, communication and their overall attitude thought the entire process. To clarify, the first time he was my purchasing agent and exceeding expectations as well. This time around he was my selling agent and I really can't praise his knowledge of the process, willingness to assist and explain every intricate detail, and punctuality enough.
