Seller reviewI was referred to Daryl by my neighbor Eddie. When Daryl and I first met, I knew we would click well together. She was very knowledgeable with the Hideout Area and told me this is the perfect time to sell because inventory is low and prices are going up. After reviewing the documents Daryl sent to me for comparable on similar properties sold in the area, I was able to set a price we would go with. When I called Daryl to let her know my price, we were right on the same page. She also came back with the exact price as I told her. After a few hours, Daryl called me snd said we should raise the price because inventory is very low. I'm glad I listened to her. Within a day of listing the property, I received 2 offers, one being asking price. Daryl was a great help with any questions that I had, gave me recommendations for a tree cutting contractor, as built survey, and landscaping/ cleanup work. Anytime I had any questions, Daryl was able to answer them right away. She has been a pleasure to work with and I'm glad we were introduced.
