Very knowledgeable and so helpful. It was nice to get a phone call to see if we had any questions before the closing. I can't say enough good things about Dave. He explained everything and why he thought we should be doing something a certain way. He was very polite, caring and professional. He always asked if we had any questions. It made selling a house effortlessly. Dave was great to work with. His knowledge about the market was spot on. The plan for selling of the property was great. He was so helpful with finding movers and other services in the area.
