Seller reviewDave was fantastic to work with! We called him from previously using him for the purchase of the same house and only gave him about a week to list our house. When he listed our home, he listed it on the high end of what the market was showing and held an open house for maximum showing traffic over a holiday weekend. We were under contract for higher than the list price and closed in 4 weeks. He makes it happen and knows how to hustle for his clients!

Buyer reviewDave Flandro was and is amazing! Very helpful and willing to do what was needed to get us our home. This was our first home purchase ever and we were lost when we first started. When we would as for help or "what would he do" and he would provide us unbiased information. He made us feel heard, which was a huge plus for my spouse. He kept in communication, and was quick to show us homes that we wanted to see. Made the entire process very simple. Dave has been by far the saving grace we needed to get into our home. We weren't sure if it was possible with the market. Dave gave us the confidence to start looking at homes and it took off from there. We would want to see a home and he would have it booked for that evening. Who does that!? Dave sure does. That was extremely helpful for getting in and seeing houses day 1. We felt listened to and he was genuine towards us, never feeling any pressure (extremely helpful) to pull the trigger until we felt like we were ready.
