I am a graduate of Columbiana High School, obtained my Real Estate training at Hondros College and Kent State University, and have been actively listing and selling real estate in Columbiana and southern Mahoning Counties since 1990. , including residential, commercial, multi-family and land.

I am a full time Realtor listing and selling residential, commercial, multi-family and vacant land properties.

I am a member of the Youngstown Columbiana Board of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the Ohio Association of Realtors.

Keeps buyer in the loop with regular updates.Clients do not have to call. David stays on top top of the deal. As an out of state buyer(Georgia)after viewing it on the internet Dave took over and made the deal. I never saw the property until closing. I trusted David' ability and experience & was not disappointed
