I cannot express enough how fantastic Dave was! I had to go through 3 different banks to get my pre approval and finally found one that would work with the price point I wanted. Dave showed me countless houses and when he knew a house wouldn't work for my needs he was honest about it before I wasted my time looking. I was the first person into so many new listings, some before they officially hit the market. Dave was on top of every house in my budget. He made me feel like I was the only client he was house hunting with and I know that was not the case. The loan officer I had was a joke. Dave helped me get through the process by taking my documents to the bank for me when I had to work and the loan officer needed them immediately. Dave also called the bank constantly to check the status of the loan because the loan officer was so far behind. I was the first person to use Dave's trailer and I cannot be thankful enough for that! He came by the house after closing and could tell I was not happy. I was struggling to get the head board to my bed up the stairs and my bed is my most prized possession. Dave helped me carry it up the stairs! It was no small feat! I went from the lowest of the lows while buying a house between an offer not being accepted to a terrible loan experience and every time Dave brought me back up. I have bought and sold a house before with two different realtors and those two combined do not come close to Dave! Not only is he a great realtor but he is a fantastic person! Thank you Dave! He helped with removal of some things I had lying around and just hadn't gotten to. Dave is a go-getter who pitched in and speeded the process up. He really stepped up and went above and beyond to get my house sold. Great company to deal with. Not pushy but active.

I know Dave has been in the area for a long time and has vast knowledge of the Sioux City area. He also worked hard to find a property that was in my guidelines, which was very difficult. He went above and beyond and gave us alot of information regarding the property and other tips about rental property ownership. He was very responsive and communicated very well.
