Seller reviewDavid Cahill is an exceptional real estate professional. He is a true partner to his clients. I have dealt with realtors in the past and David stands out by far. He did the following things which stood out to me as a client. 1) Proposed a sale price and marketed the property which enabled an offer which I accepted within the first week. It was clear that David understood the market dynamics to consider; 2) Proposed open houses on weekends and weeknights to maximize potential offers; 3) Attended open houses, inspections and appraisals along with speaking with my electrician to ensure that the smoke alarms were installed to meet code; 4) He recommended a lawyer who I independently validated. She proved to be very well regarded and performed very well; 5) He communicated exceptionally well and kept all the related parties on the sellers and buyers side in sync; 6) He was a great sounding board and adviser for me to explain my perspective and ask for his professional opinion during the entire process. --- I believe that his professionalism and objective to exceed client expectations combined with his extensive experience helped me to maximize the profit related to the sale of my property. Buyer reviewIt was great working with someone I already knew and who understood my needs. This was my first experience buying a house and I relied solely on David's knowledge and expertise. As a result, all my expectations were met, price, negotiations, location and the deadline line which was very important. David explained the process every step of the way and was always available when needed. We were very adamant about buying a house in Malden, MA and David made it happen. I worked with David for a total of one year to secure a home in Boston that was perfect for my husband and I. David was patient and supportive the entire journey. We definitely became good friends, as well. He's a real guy, not fake, never rude or impatient. He answered all of my questions [that I look back on now] that were so green compared to his extensive knowledge in his field. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, I think my husband already has and we've only lived here in our new home for 4 days.
