I am a lifelong resident of the Northeast Kingdom residing in Derby. I have been selling real estate for 40-plus years, and became a licensed auctioneer in 1971. I am a Vietnam Veteran having served there in 1968-69. I am also an avid NASCAR fan and enjoy golf. I was honored with 2004 Orleans County Realtor of the Year. Most recently, I was awarded the status of Realtor Emeritus by the National Association of Realtors in recognition of my contribution to the real estate profession in the community. As a Realtor, I also offer Buyer-Broker services. A satisfied customer is what I strive for. I'm available seven days a week.

Seller reviewI did the smart thing: I listened to what Dave had to say and what he predicted was exactly what happened. I was amazed at what he recommended as the asking price and that is exactly what what if sold for. The buyer did have some considerations as she had other property to sell and Dave recommended that I hold paper until her sales went through. That facilitated the sale to someone who would be an excellent neighbor (I am still in Kingsbury) I also worked with Dave in purchasing my current property in Kingsbury. He was very clear that he represented the seller (I did not need a buyers rep in this case) but also helped with information that helped close this purchase to the benefit of both myself and the seller. Could not have asked for a smoother transition from one condo to other and I give Dave all the credit for it.

Buyer reviewDave was such an asset for us while trying to purchase a home from 3,000 miles away. Couldn't have done it without him I had a hard time finding an agent that would actually return my call when inquiring about properties or being willing to be our agent. Dave called back immediately and seemed like he was always available to speak with. Dave was great. He spent multiple days with us at different times of the year showing us properties.
