Buyer reviewDavid Cardoso is an excellent choice to be your realtor. He is knowledgeable on the process and technically proficient with the necessary documents. He responds quickly and follows up on action items. More important, he is able to assess the individual buyer and seller needs and put together an offer that closes the deal. He doesn't just rely on being the highest bid. He looks for options that make your offer more attractive. And he keeps you informed all the way through the closing. Based on my experience as a buyer, I would also use David on the sell side.
