Greetings! I have been a Sonoma Valley Resident since 1987 and have watched the valley grow and change into a great place to live. My wife and I have raised four delightful children in Sonoma and don't plan on ever leaving. I have worked in Sonoma Valley; Sonoma, Napa, and Marin counties for the past 35 years in various endeavors. I love helping people and have always been in sales and service industries. I still have two small person to person businesses that I keep running both for income and because I genuinely enjoy meeting and helping people. Seller reviewDavid is a righteous hardworking man who went way beyond what he was supposed to do to get this house sold. He spent many hours off the clock helping with many things including things that he didn't have to do with the house. Without him, I don't know what I would've done. I am very thankful for everything that he did and he would be a first choice to sell another home or as a recommendation to anyone i know selling a home . Thank you David.

Seller reviewDavid Collins was recommended to us by a neighbor in the Temelec community of Sonoma and we feel fortunate to have found him. We called David that same day and he met with us at the house a few hours later. He arrived prepared, with printouts of comparative homes in the Temelec area. He toured the house with us and gave us great advice on preparing the house for showing, recommended inspections, and setting the sale price. He spent time with us answering any questions and concerns. We immediately felt comfortable with him and we are so thankful we chose him. With David's guidance and hard work, we were able to close on the sale of the home four weeks after our first meeting with him. He got the house on the brokers tour and held two open houses. We received multiple offers and accepted one with a very short escrow. I mention the short escrow because, while great for us, it requires a lot of work in a very short amount of time for the realtor. David worked tirelessly with us to complete everything within that very short timeline. You could not find a more thorough, diligent, honest, and ethical realtor.
