Seller reviewDave was patient and understood the sensitivity of selling my husband's childhood home after the loss of his mom. He provided us with factual information which helped us make an extremely informed decision. Dave was available for communication throughout the process which gave us a peace of mind when anxiety kicked in. I would recommend Dave Joslin because he is very knowledgable in the area of selling a home and all of the finer details that surround the matter that you wouldn't think of. Sadly we were almost duped into selling the home for a fraction of what it was worth by someone else based on the information shared, but Dave Joslin not only provided us with facts and backup.
