Buyer reviewWe had an excellent experience with David. Because he had worked with my family before, we knew we could trust him wholeheartedly. David went above and beyond dealing with the village inspection and repairs that needed to done prior to closing. It was a huge undertaking and David did a great job! Seller reviewDavid assisted another family in a similiar situation and they spoke highly of the service they received. I reside in California and we were selling my recently deceased Dad's condo. David and his team (Donna & Nina) provided a turnkey operation of sourcing a trash out company, professional cleaners while shipping some personal belongings to me. This resulted in me not having to return in person to Illinois for any reason. I could reach David 24-7 if needed and his team of Nina and Donna kept me aware of info needed and sale progression in an extremely timely manner.
