Seller reviewDavid Harman was an exceptional agent for me in this transaction. He did more than I think any realtor would do for a client. He found me a great handyman to help me get the house sale ready, he helped clean out the house from the tenants. All of this while I was in a different country 1500 miles away. This should have been the most stressful time of my life, but it was all just handled with Dave.

Seller reviewSome times you wonder how your house sales is progressing...not with David. He called after buyers visits, provided their comments and interest level. Before I would wonder the progress, David was on the phone to me and providing spot on feedback. He is a top rate professional and person. I have a brother-in-law who is a real estate agent and many local friends who are real estate agents, but because David came so highly recommended we went with him and were more then pleased. I wish I had another house to sell, because I know David would be our man!
