David did a great job making sure we understood every part of the process as first time buyers. He thoroughly explain everything and answered any question from looking at houses online to the day of closing. David did a great job of staying professional while also being personable. He made sure to point out details that are commonly missed while looking at houses and gave great advice with any question we had. As first time home buyers, we didnt know what to expect or how to go about the buying process. David was very understanding and extremely helpful with any question or concern we had, no matter how minor it was. Documents were immediately sent when needed, and they were always followed up with a phone call to make sure we understood what each document was before we signed anything.
