For over 8 years I have helped both buyers and sellers make educated real estate decisions. I received my real estate degree from Temple University. He took the time to educate me about the different neighborhoods. Dave is not pushy at all, he really wants you to find the right property. He was also very flexible and was willing to meet with me to look at properties at my convenience. Dave kept everything running smoothly. No issues or problems at all. His knowledge of real estate regulations and laws ensured that I was never in danger of breaking the contract. I would highly recommend Dave to my friends and family.
