Seller reviewWe had the unfortunate experience of having our empty property burglarized and vandalized during the sale of our house. Luckily for us, David Pratt was our real estate agent. Within an hour of receiving the call about the break-in from a neighbor, he was on the scene. He handled the matter perfectly, contacting the police and working with the detective. Then he assisted us in having the repairs done and getting it back on the market quickly. We aren't sure how long this would have taken with another agent, but David's quick was response was wonderful.
