Buyer reviewDAVID, YOU ARE AWESOME!! From day one of our connection, David was excellent. We remained in contact during the different phases of our purchase. He was so patient with us; due to the fact the purchase took a year. He took my phone calls and even set aside time to talk with me in his office. Although he served as agent for seller and buyer, it was as if he was our agent only. There was no bias, and I appreciate that. He and other financial partners worked well together. Seller reviewDavid Stevens is, in my opinion, the most knowledgeable, most caring and best real estate broker in town. Since we were unable to be at our closing, David Stevens scheduled a dry closing for us and then he went to our closing to sit in on it for us. We would not have been able to make it to our new house closing had he not been so generous. David Stevens coordinated all of the repairs and updating of our house at very reasonable prices. David Stevens should give a seminar to other realtors on the importance of answering their phone, returning text messages and phone calls. We called and texted him with so many questions and he always answered immediately or got right back with us within minutes. They are the best real estate broker in town! We would not consider using anyone but David Stevens.
