David Stevens lived next door to my daughter years ago and was a good neighbor. He helped her find a new home when she moved. With both of us he was knowledgeable, patient, available for many home visits and calls with questions or concerns. I feel he treated both of us with the same care and concern that he would have for his own mother and sister. In the beginning I only knew he was a good neighbor but now I consider him a family friend and a blessing. I would also like to say that David Stevens Realty has a wonderful reputation and I would recommend it to everyone.

David did a great job letting us know what the market was in our area and recommended an estimated price to sell our house. With the work we did remodeling the house we thought we could ask for a little more. Needless to say, we had a lot of traffic but no offers. David told us the list price was a little to high. As soon as we lowered the price we had a contract within a few weeks. David did what we asked but in the end his advice was correct. Listen to you realtor!

David did a perfect job with selling my house. When I called him, he would always take care of what was needed in a very short time. He was the greatest. David did a perfect job with worker with the other realtor who represented the person buying my house. I had no worries at all with David taking care of things. I knew it would be taken care of correctly and professionally. David was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and made great arrangements to have what needed to be done taken care of. David is very ethical and trustworthy and also very professional. He was always accessible when needed. He was very patient with my needs and took care of things very professionally.
