Buyer reviewDavid Taylor did a great job working for our organization, he searched for several years to find us just the right property and always gave us great answers and useful advice! What I appreciated most was his patience and understanding and he never made us feel pressured or questioned our decision making or intentions. Then after finding a perfect property Dave helped us walk through the year long process of changing the zoning and negotiated effectively on our behalf at every turn and we successfully closed on the property and we couldn't be happier with his performance and generosity. I would certainly recommend him to friends and family!!!

Seller reviewDavid Taylor responded to our initial calls right away. We had talked to another agent prior to meeting with David and believed he would better meet our needs. As the trustee for a trust, the sale ofur property was more complicated. In addition my wife and I live in West Lafayette, IN. David skillfully guided us through the sale process and arranged for remote closing in West Lafayette saving my wife and I from a Winter trip to Crown Point for closing. My wife and I appreciated David's attemntion to detail and all his work to make the sale processas simple and easy as possible.
