Seller reviewWe have worked with David Taylor several times in the past and we have always had excellent results! He is very professional and knowledgeable about the market and carefully listened to our concerns and helped us develop a successful strategy to achieve our goals! We appreciated how much time he spent learning about our home and his attention to detail was impressive! PLUS- Dave attended each showing in person and that really meant alot to us! I have already referred Dave to my family, friends and neighbors! If you're looking for a great consultant he is the obvious choice.

Seller reviewThree other relators were interviewed. We went with Dave because he knows the area and his experience. Dave had the most realistic comps for pricing the home. Other relators comps turned out to be too low and if we didnt go with Dave, the home would have been priced lower to start and potentially resulted in a lower sale price.
