David invested his passion of real estate into education and earned his Real Estate Associate Degree from American Military University in 2014. Buyer reviewBottom line up front: I STRONGLY recommend David. His customer service is phenomenal-something that's hard to find nowadays. From the start, it was clear he wasn't in it just for the commission. He has a genuine passion for helping service members and making sure we're taken care of. I first contacted David while I was deployed, and while most agents kept their distance because I wasn't planning to buy for another 6–7 months, David did the opposite. He made the time to break down the local market, gave honest recommendations based on experience, and pointed out what to look for and what to avoid. His flexibility and patience were unmatched. David goes above and beyond-not just as a real estate agent, but as a person. He truly understands the unique challenges service members face and makes the process as smooth as possible, no matter the distance or situation. I could go on and on about how great he is. Without a doubt, I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Buyer reviewIt took over a year to find my house. I wasn't in any rush. David was always available to show me houses and worked with my schedule. He did not make me feel like I had to rush into a contract that I was not comfortable with. He was extremely helpful and 10/10 would use him again and plan to refer anyone who's looking for a realtor to him.
