She has children attending the local schools so she has knowledge of those schools and areas. I believe this is very valuable to parents of school-age children that are looking to buy in this area. Her family obligations give her a unique understanding of dealing with senior citizens and that was helpful to us and will be to other seniors and empty-nesters.
