We were very pleased with Dawn's performance and professionalism. Dawn Brown was always accessible and had very quick knowledgeable responses. Buyer reviewIt was a blessing in disguise that Dawn happened to be the agent for the seller of the property we were interested in. We had been browsing houses online for a few years, but it was last minute on our decision to try and purchase the house of our dreams. From the first time I talked with her, inquiring about the property, she was very helpful and friendly, giving us the information we needed and and other recommendations for financing, since we were having some issues with the financing company I had contacted first. She was excellent at sending us updates on how things were going, calming our fears, nerves, and anxieties, and overall went over and above to help make our first home buying experience go as smooth as possible. She never tired of our questions and did an amazing job of helping us understand anything we were confused about or questioned. I would strongly recommend her to anyone in the market for buying (or selling) a house.
