I have been in the real estate industry for over 43 years having worked as a legal assistant, settlement processor, title agent, loan officer, loan closer and now Realtor®. I thoroughly enjoy working with buyers to find their DREAM HOME!!! I love meeting new people and finding homes that meet their expectations. It isn't always easy . . . but I'm always up for a challenge! I currently reside in the Rhoadesville area of Orange County, VA with my husband of 10 years, Nolan. It's been a tough market but Dawn knew what we were looking for and brought numerous homes to the table for us to look at. She was very responsive throughout the process and Wendy and I just "hit it off" with her and Nolan. We ultimately decided to build and had Dawn work us through the lot purchase successfully. At the appropriate time we plan to have Dawn list our home.

We mentioned some of the features that we were looking for, and Dawn was able to find us a house in less than 2 weeks that checked all of the boxes we asked her for, and even some that we didn't know we wanted checked! The entire process was smooth and basically effortless. Dawn is extremely knowledgeable in the ENTIRE sales process, including from a lender perspective, so she was able to easily explain everything on the closing documents, and even found an error and was able to tell us what to expect the corrected numbers to be. We HIGHLY recommend Dawn when you are ready to purchase your next home!
