Seller reviewI have known Dawn for several years. She is excellent to work with, always keeping me informed and aware of the progress. She is down to earth, and doesn't use language that a non- realtor would not understand. She explains thoroughly all steps in the selling process. I will continue to use her for all my needs.

Seller revieweventho id never met Dawn before just heard all great things from Son and daughter in law as well as 4 grandchildren who had all used DAwn to buy homes for them. in fact Dawn was working with 0ne of my grandaughters and husband selling their current home and buying another. she was so friendly and because id heard so many great about her i Already felt like i knew her when she came to list my home. This is the first time that i ever sold a house that was not stressful. altho i have now moved to nevada a few days ago i have many other family members who have witnessed what A stress free experience i had and in my lifetime ive bought and sold many homes. And i have no doubt that as the adult grand children buy and sale that they will use Dawn.
