Originally from Long Island, NY, I've been a Lancaster County resident for over 30 years. My husband, Andy, and I have successfully been investing, purchasing, rehabilitating, and selling many homes throughout Lancaster County since 2011. That exposure to real estate led me to obtain my own Real Estate License. Since then, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation providing me the education to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. My clients have no doubt, when working with a professional who understands the 50-plus demographics, they receive tailored care for their needs and speciPications. I've also obtained my Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation giving my clients elevated professional standards and top personal performance in selling their homes. Throughout my real estate career, I've been awarded the "Top Listing Agent" with Century 21 Home Advisors and, the past two years, earned the "Agent of the Year" award. I've also received a National award from the Century 21 Brand by earning the Quality Service Award consecutively for the past three years. To be awarded the Quality Service Award means I have consistently exceeded high-level service to my customers. She was quick to point out issues that she saw with each home, and never pressured us to make an offer. She thought strategically when a comparable property went on sale the same-day which allowed us to get more offers at a higher price point. I can't say enough good things about Dawn, she was a pleasure to work with and made the process seamless! Dawn helped me complete the sale, explaining every step and going beyond by setting me up with a great cleaning service prior to settlement, which she personally oversaw.

Anytime we showed her a house we were interested in she did a thorough information check on the home, and if it was not a good fit for us she was honest and let us know and we would keep looking. A few times I wanted to throw in the towel but she kept encouraging us to stick with her and she would find something for us and she did just that!
