Buyer reviewDawn was very proactive with what we where looking for. She made sure we where happy with our decision on the house. She was also made sure our contract was taken seriously by the seller and his real estate representative. She went above and beyond to make this a forever home. Dawn's professional approach was beyond professional. It was like talking to a person who you knew had "your back". To us she was outstanding. Dawn handled every aspect of our new Home contract with utmost confidence, professionalism and again made sure that the seller and his representative understood what needed to be done to close the contract. She was awesome. When Dawn had issues with the seller and his representative, and there where many, she was professional and at one point had to have the broker step in. During all of this Dawn reassured us that it would all work out and it did. She is an outstanding person to represent Century 21 Mike Bowman, Inc.

Seller reviewDawn met with my wife and I to discuss our expectations. She was upbeat, positive and very prepared with recommendations for selling the house. Her preliminary walk through and recommendations to meet buyers expectations were most helpful and we feel aided us to obtain a better market price. Dawn was always available for questions and updates regardless of the day or type question. Selling your home and moving is always a very stressful event, Dawn's demeanor and assistance to understand the process helped keep the stress manageable. I would recommend her to anyone wanting the most professional of assistance. Just give her your expectations, listen to her evaluation of those expectations against the market, and turn her loose. She knows what she's doing.
