Buyer reviewUsually, finding a home is incredibly stressful. However, Dayna made the process fun and stress-free! Our budget was a little difficult to work in and the market was really competitive but she stayed positive and worked with us in finding our new home. She knows what she's talking about and is able to relay that information to her clients clearly and efficiently. Dayna made sure that the home we were buying was going to be one that wouldn't have any troubles and would make us happy. There were a few homes that we liked but Dayna could tell had foundation issues or other potentially costly problems so she led us to pass on them even though that meant pushing back a sale. She really cares about her clients and knows that buying a new home is a big decision that comes from the heart. We will definitely use her again!

The transaction was a little more difficult than usual due to the lender's undewriter, and the transaction required an extraordinary amount of attention and more hoops to jump through than normal. Dayna excelled at negotiating the pitfalls, and the transaction finally was a success. We couldn't have done it without her. I will use Dayna in any future real estate transactions in the future. Absolutely!
