Dean Deritis was diligent and driven. He answered all our questions in a timely fashion. He dealt with any issues and came to us with solutions. In addition to his professionalism, Dean is just a fun and friendly guy who loves what he does! We highly recommend Team Deritis!! We opted not to have inspections but Dean counseled is to have pest and septic inspections...we are glad we followed his advice!

I knew Dean was from the area and I was looking for someone that would be knowledgeable of the area. I also was looking for someone that would be aggressive in marketing my property. My property was listed with a different Company/Agent prior to listing with Dean. There were only a couple of showings for the time it was listed and only one offer that was way too low. when my agreement with the other Company ended, I listed with Dean & Century 21. The difference was astonishing. He immediately started a advertising campaign and set up a open house for the weekend. the amount of showings weekly was a dramatic change. My property needed special attention because it was in need of repair. Dean was at every showing explaining the property and working hard to find the right buyer. Dean was always available for a call and was able to answer any questions I had. This was great and put my mind at ease. Completely professional and was always out for my best interest. Everyone from the office was polite and professional. It was a fun day. Overall I couldn't ask for a better agent. The time he spent to sell my property and his knowledge of Real Estate and the area was the best. I would definitely recommend anyone that needs a realtor to contact him.

Let me first begin by saying This was my fourth purchase of a home in the beginning I did a lot of research myself and had a few ideas of what I was looking for as a steppingstone I then began to reach out to different realtors in New Jersey which none of them responded nor even sent me any listings i'm assuming they must've thought I was wasting their time needless to say a friend had recommended Dean well that's when the table turned not only was he quick to respond he also sent me listings within the first 24 hours and each day after he sent me more that became available he's scheduled appointments immediately for me so I would have the opportunity to be able to look at the properties as they were selling fast at the Jersey shore he also went over and above by going to some of these properties and videotaping them and sending me the information because I was not able to go to the Jersey shore weekly to look at these properties Dean went over and above what any realtor has ever done for me in the past he knew exactly what I wanted and he searched for it not missing any details his knowledge of real estate was exceptional I can't say enough about Dean he was just outstanding he takes it to heart and you can see that in his performance needless to say within one month He found my dream retirement home I was over the top excited it was everything I wanted The day of settlement Dean and his beautiful wife Angela accompanied me to settlement he was so kind and thoughtful to give me a gift card as well as a bottle of wine to celebrate I thought that that was so generous and considerate of them I truly believe that anyone in search of their dream home or even a new home for investment should consider calling Dean he's on point he gets the job done and he stays on top of it until you get what you're looking for A big shout out to Dean for a job well done!!
