Seller reviewDean was exceptional. We first met Dean when we moved to Dallas in 2012; he was our realtor when we bought our Dallas condo. We liked him so much that we stayed in touch with him, knowing we wanted him to handle the sale of our condo. He came in with a plan and clearly communicated/suggested a sales price which was fully supported by appropriate comps. Also, he was prompt and efficient with any questions we had. Dean is a terrific listener, which leads to exceptional customer service and allows him to be a terrific RE broker. On a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best, I rate Dean a 6. He was exceptional throughout the process. Dean's performance was truly phenomenal in all aspects. Century 21 Judge Fite has a gem of an employee in Dean!
