Deanna was responsive to every communication, and dealt with my questions, comments, and concerns with infinite patience. If there was a rating above "excellent" for communication (both timeliness and clarity) and trustworthiness, I would select that. It would be more accurate to describe Deanna as an advocate than as an agent.
