Seller reviewOver the course of the past 5 years, our family has had the pleasure of dealing with Deanna Havenner and Century 21. Deanna and I met thru a mutual friend and right away I could tell the type of caring person she was. When it was finally my turn to make a change and move to a different home, Deanna was there. It came as a shock to me that at midnight one night, Deanna and I were still texting and getting a plan together for the next day. That told me everything else I needed to know about her, she was willing to put in the late hours in order to help her clients obtain their dream. We ended up purchasing the home of our dreams and then turned around and sold our previous home in 1 day. Deanna even helped us get a cleaning contractor to help get the home prepared for sale. Deanna has helped my family sell a total of 5 homes now and purchase one home and we couldn't have done it without her. Thank you Deanna, you were a godsend.

Buyer reviewWe've worked with Deanna in purchasing our first home back in 2015 and even at that point, she was so attentive to what we were looking for that she didn't hesitate to walk us through the process to make that purchase. When we called her this year to purchase the lot next to us, she like before made the process so easy and really helped us with working with the seller to purchase the land! Deanna was professional and on time with everything she said she would do. There were some issues with contracts and timelines but Deanna worked it all out and executed the sales plan flawlessly.
