Furthermore, Deanna's a self-starter and go getter for her clients!! And, we benefitted greatly from this infectious attitude!! Additionally, there's no legal hurdle or barrier that Deanna will not cross in order to go the distance for her clients!! She has the knack of being personable and empathetic in understanding your situation. Deanna will not rest until the client's goal has been attained and will follow up on your behalf on services that were less than professional. Especially, those services she recommended. It's just the right thing to do. No problem too small for her to solve even while her client unexpectedly is in the hospital. We appreciate her being with us every step of the way creating stakeholder coalitions to solve issues in the way of closing on our home. Seller reviewDeanna Havenner always gave me very quick feedback to my inquiries - usually replying even late into the night with answers to my questions on the same day that I asked. I especially appreciated the many recommendations that she provided of workers that I needed to hire to complete upgrades to my property. She accommodated my hired help by driving to my property on the weekend to arrange access to the house for workers. I repeatedly asked for her perspective on issues and got sensible responses that guided my decisions. Deanna understood how to advise on legal questions that arose. In particular I had not foreseen the impact that the sale of the house would have on my taxes. I have not dealt with capital gains taxes before and was greatly appreciative that Deanna got an accountant contact of hers to give me free advice on how I could best make out on my upcoming taxes by deducting the cost of improvements from capital gains in my co-ownership situation. Deanna is a consummate professional in every aspect of her dealings with the sale of properties. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience of the way Deanna handled the sale of our property.
