As soon as I explained my needs, Deanna knew exactly what to do. She immediately prepared the house for listing, photos, social media, etc.which resulted in a full contract on the first day! Her capability, professionalism and thorough knowledge of the process gave me such confidence in her that I never felt anxious or concerned about the sale. Most importantly, Deanna is not just a wonderful agent, she is a friend. Her warm and welcoming presence makes one feel you are the only one on her client list. There were no glitches in the process because Deanna was proactive in handling every possible trouble spot. She prepared each day with phone calls to other agents, lending institutions and clients keeping all apprised of the sale. I would never hesitate to recommend Deanna to a potential buyer or seller.
