Working with Deb was such a smooth process. She was a joy to interact with and incredibly professional. She was so communicative, always prepared for any questions or requests I had. This was my second time working with Deb and would happily do it again.

Deb did a great job marketing and selling my house, even with a challenging tenant situation. She went above and beyond what a normal agent would have done in that situation, and because of Deb, I got top dollar for my property. I would definitely use her again and happily recommend her to friends and family.

Our broker was absolutely phenomenal. As a first time home buyer in our busiest work months of the year, Deb made sure we were aware of everything necessary prior to each step as well as following up at appropriate times. We never felt underprepared as well as our work schedules were impacted as little as possible thanks to Deb's perfect scheduling. She went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her. I cannot imagine going through this process as smoothly with anyone else. She will hands down be the person we recommend to all our family and friends. Deb worked around our schedules, always being considerate if we had to take calls around baby nap time or whatever else may have been going on. In addition, after our offer was accepted she helped arrange time for our painter to tour the property to give us a quote ahead of time, speeding up our move in time frame. As if that wasn't enough, less than 48 hours before closing she was notified our house had a storm surge and the A/C was impacted. She immediately scheduled an A/C technician for the next day and When we couldn't get off work, she attended the appointment, arranged for all parts to be fixed, and summarized the entire appointment for us ensuring we were satisfied prior to closing. In general, Deb helped us be confident at each step and this was crucial for us delving into a process we were so unfamiliar with.

All of Deb's recommendations for staging the condo were right on target. Could not believe what an improvement was made for the final photos. Deb knows her job well, was professional in all aspects of our encounter, and her engaging personality just made it all fun. She was also very, very patient with us as we needed a lot of help! Hope to utilize her services in the future if we have not "worn her out".
