In addition to our friends referral. I called a number of Real Estate agents based on yard signs we saw driving around over the weekend. Deb Manion was the only one that called us back the same day and not 3 or 4 days later. We started out with a different realtor based on another referral, but that persons left us hanging with no place to stay, and no idea of why we could not move into the house we had been planning to buy. Deb not only got us answers, but gave us an overview of the whole buying process so we could do multiple things at the same time, which was a great help in getting us out of the hotel we were stuck in for over a month. Deb Manion came highly recommended through an acquaintance as being someone who would be easy to work with, listen to my needs, and not try to sell me just any old house to get a commission; that she wanted her clients to be happy and find a house that they loved not just something they settled for. After walking through the first house together she got a sense of what I was looking for. She really listened to my comments and pointed out things both good and bad in the following houses we toured. She wanted me to go into an offer with my eyes wide open as to not only see all the great things about a house but being aware of possible problems as well. She was happy to work with all the different inspectors that I wanted to look at potential properties, and even suggested termite inspection which I hadn't thought about. When my building inspector later suggested the same thing, it just confirmed that Deb really knows her stuff and was looking out for me! My experience was outstanding! Deb was wonderful to work with, and I'm sure I wouldn't have found this great house without all her patience and hard work! I definitely recommend her to everyone I talk to!
