I was dealing with my step mom's & brothers Probate from out of state, and found some paperwork, where she had used Lisa and Debbie with two Pryor buys/sales. I reached out to them and Debbie has been an absolute godsend. I really appreciate all the help she has gone too and given me in so many ways with trying to manage this sale remotely from out of state and navigate through the probate issues. The property had been in need of some service and repairs, and I completely relied on her help with working with an amazing handyman to get all of the problems fixed and identified along with contacting other countless services for other needs with the sale.
