Debbie was AMAZING. I can honestly say that if it weren't for her we would not be in our home. The loan company that we used was incompetent to say the least. Debbie was truly on our side. She stayed on top of things and came up with strategies to resolve issues throughout our entire process. Debbie demonstrated a higher level of knowledge than the loan company and title company. She made us feel like family. She offered her home to us to scan and email documents. Debbie answered our frantic calls during her anniversary party, church functions, and many other events. Debbie truly made us feel that we were her number one priority and had our best interests at heart. We were told that our closing wouldn't happen many times by our loan company; due to their error. Debbie fought for us, fought them, and prevailed in our favor. I was skeptical of realtors prior to this process. Debbie Manion proved to our family that not all realtors cared about commission. She truly was invested in our family during our entire process and after. I will recommend her to everyone I know interested in buying or selling a home, because I will feel like I am turning them over to family. Debbie Manion deserves more than her commission...we feel indebted to her.
