Hi! I'm Deb Mullan and I have deep roots in the northern Virginia area. I grew up in Greece and Hong Kong, attended Yorktown HS in Arlington and graduated from George Washington University. My broad background includes employment on Capitol Hill, Department of HHS, and 30+ years in mortgage banking and real estate combined. I am both a Certified Master Gardener and Gardener Volunteer with Fairfax County. Although I should have been a farmer, I chose real estate as my profession!Because my knowledge extends beyond the bounds of listing and selling homes, I am in a unique position to offer insight into other aspects of real estate which affect the transaction such as appraisals and mortgage financing. Seller reviewDeb Mullan is an amazing realtor and a wonderful person. She related well to us older people and was patient and kind. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of buying and selling homes. She encouraged us to use other services to help us clear out, freshen up, and clean our house of 37 years. She was aware of our special circumstances and displayed sympathy and caring. I already knew her apart from her real estate business, but I had heard from friends that she was an excellent realtor. I had seen her signs around town, so I knew she had had a lot of business in Fairfax.

Seller reviewDeb kept me calm even though we had a major issue with Septic inspection. If not for Deb I think the contract would have been rescinded. It was as important to her as to me, that the dealings were honest and fair and that everyone came out happy in the end. That is exactly how the sale, closing and move concluded - happily.
