Debbie has helped previously with home purchases and sales for both myself and my significant other. I appreciate that she maintains a strong work ethic even with having known us before, and still is honest and straight forward with all interactions to both myself and the other party. She is always open to questions, supported my rotating shift schedule (including calls and messages at odd hours), and ensured I had the information I needed in filling out paperwork to be the best I could be for the new home owner. Debbie always has made me feel comfortable ever since the first time I met her, and has no problem to point me down the right path if it seems I'm getting bogged down in unnecessary details. If any complications arise, she is upfront and prompt with advising me (whether the complication become and issue or not). I will use Debbie again in the future if I choose to purchase or sell property again. She is a wonderful agent with morals and integrity and that make her trustworthy and worth the time of anyone looking for an agent to work with. I've said plenty of good things, but I could never truly say enough about how easy and wonderful she is to work with. 10/10, I would recommend her to everyone if I could. Debbie was able to answer my questions with basis, background, and evidence for sales prices and bands for pricing without asking. This allowed me to be thoroughly prepared for selecting a selling price. Additionally, she facilitated negotiations when I requested which resulted in higher offers. There is not a single negative thing I could say about Debbie. She not only cared about the business I was there for (home selling) but would also check in to make sure I was mentally available prior to any important discussion to talk (since nightshift made some daytime conversations challenging). Her flexibility and open honesty made this the easiest, most pleasurable home selling experience I've ever had.
