Seller reviewFirst time we had sold a house but Debbi made sure we understand everything that we were signing and how the process would go throughout all the steps. She came over to help us see how we could make the house look more marketable and we followed many of her suggestions. She fought for us when the buyer was asking for too many nit picky changes after the home inspection and we felt like we did what really needed to be done. I would use her again in a heartbeat! We were out of the country and state during most of the selling process. We liked that Debbi used easy technology to get us to sign whenever it was needed and it could be done so quickly. Debbi let us know where the different stages of buying/selling were at all times. We felt like we had someone who had "our back" when it came to selling our home.
