I have been a licensed Realtor in Idaho and Washington since 2010, and was previously a licensed General Contractor giving me unique insight into the many facets of Real Estate. I have a bit of a niche that not many Realtors have. Being born and raised in the area also gives me a great deal of knowledge of our surrounding communities. I am married and have 5 girls with 1 granddaughter and 1 grandson. Family is very important to me!

Buyer reviewMy experience with Debbie Asplund was great! What I really liked was that she answered her phone EVERY TIME I called her. She was very knowledgeable about the home buying process, from top to bottom. She was patient when answering questions that I had probably already asked at least three times. Debbie was friendly and professional, yet it was obvious she had a great sense of humor as well. I will definitely recommend Debbie Asplund to family and friends, and probably even acquaintances too!
